Crafts again

I took pictures of another project. I refinished this dresser. It was chartreuse before, with ugly log-looking handles. I stripped the paint and found at least three different layers--there was red involved at some point :(



The wood underneath was not nice enough for a translucent stain or varnish. I didn't want to just paint it after all of that work stripping it, so I whitewashed it. I filled in the holes from the ugly handles with putty, and I put new handles on.
